경영방침
1. 노동·인권
① 신규 채용 및 기타 고용 업무 시 연령, 장애, 민족, 성별, 결혼 여부, 국적, 정치적 편향, 인종, 종교, 노조가입 또는 기타 법률에 의해 보호되는 상태 등을 근거로 근로자를 차별하지 않는다. 또한 관련 법규에 의거하거나 작업장 안정성결과, 입사 후 필요한 경우를 제외하고 임신이나 의료검진을 요구하지 않으며, 검진결과를 근거로 부당하게 차별하지 않는다.
② 작업장의 가혹 행위 근절에 앞장서며 언어 학대 및 폭력, 정신 및 신체적 강요, 성희롱 등 가혹하거나 비인도적인 대우로 근로자를 위협 또는 복종시키지 않는다.
③ 모든 작업이 자발적으로 이루어지도록 하여 개인을 사고파는 행위나 노예 노동, 강제 노동, 담보 노동, 계약 노동 또는 수형자 노동을 이용하지 않는다.
④ 최소 15세 이상과 법정 최소 고용 연령 중 더 많은 나이의 근로자만 고용하여 어떠한 목적으로든 아동노동을 사용하지 않는다. 청소년 근로자의 경우 시간 외 근무나 야근을 강요하지 않으며 관련 법규에 따라 청소년 근로자를 보호하며 필요한 교육과 지원을 제공한다.
⑤ 모든 근로자가 법정 최저 임금 및 수당을 보장하고 근무시간과 휴무일에 관한 모든 관련 법규를 준수한다. 또한 결사의 자유를 보장하며 이에 대한 간섭, 차별, 보복 또는 가혹 행위가 없도록 한다.
2. 환경·안전보건
① 이해관계자의 요구사항 및 법규 준수를 철저히 한다.
② 유해, 위험요인 발굴 및 감소활동을 전개하여 안전하고 건강한 사업장을 구축한다.
③ 제품의 개발단계에서 친환경 대책수립하고 제조공정 중 유해화학물질 사용을 억제한다.
④ 임직원의 자율적인 참여와 소통을 통한 환경안전문화를 정착한다.
3. 윤리
① 윤리경영의 실천을 통해 “깨끗하고 투명한 기업”, “공정한 경쟁을 지향하는 기업”, “사회적 책임을 다 하는 기업”이 되고자 합니다.
② 이해관계자의 요구 사항을 준수하고 신뢰와 존중을 바탕으로 이해관계자와 함께 공동의 번영을 추구합니다.
③ 사업 활동을 수행하는 모든 지역과 국가의 제반 법규와 도덕을 준수합니다.
④ 정직과 성실로써 맡은 바 업무에 최선을 다하여 상대방을 존중하고 배려하는 인간관계와 노사협력을 바탕으로 건전한 조직문화를 창출합니다.
